Last week we removed 4 problem foxes from a farm. They were responsible for killing 50+ chickens and worrying the pregnant ewes. Still more work to do as the trail camera caught another fox entering the property last night.

Out and about again today checking on ground to keep the birds moving. Still trying to find a round the .223 likes so I've purchased two boxes of Sako in 55 grain and a box of Norma in 55gr.
Also gave the barrel a thorough clean with this Boretech C4 with Dewey rod and patches.

A successful evening resulted in 8 rabbits at ranges from 20 to 70m. Didn't manage to capture all of them on film for some reason - the .22LR does not have a lot of recoil to activate the built in recording. All prepped and going into the food chain.

A quick evening visit and some more rabbits have been removed for one of our landowners. The rabbit numbers are sky rocketing this year and they are causing serious damage to the farm buildings by burrowing underneath the concrete slabs.

Out with the rifle tomorrow to try and keep the crows and rooks at bay over the fresh drillings - they've been pulling up the fresh shoots.

Field next door also has lambs - this farm lost a few to corvids last year and do not want a repeat.
