📣 Welcome to Ga-ga’s — A Taste of British & Caribbean Soul 🇬🇧🇯🇲
Every story has a beginning, and ours starts with family.
The name Ga-ga’s was inspired by our granddaughter, who couldn’t pronounce “Grandad” and “Grandma”… so she lovingly called us Ga-ga. 💛
That name stuck — and it carries all the warmth, laughter, and love that have shaped our journey.
During the Covid era, we built a small bar and grill area in our garden, just trying to make the best of difficult times. That space quickly became more than wood and nails — it became a place for food, drink, music, memories, and healing.
We were reminded of the old days, when Sundays meant family around the table, cousins running around, neighbours dropping in, stories being shared, and problems being solved together. A time when community was strong and everyone had someone to lean on.
Somewhere along the way, modern life has pulled many of us away from those traditions.
We see it in rising stress, loneliness, financial pressure, and all the challenges our communities face today.
At Ga-ga’s, we believe the greatest gift you can give your loved ones is your time.
And what better way to give it than by sitting together, sharing good food, connecting, laughing, and rebuilding those bonds we’ve lost?
