🚜HARVEST HELP🚜
After a keen individual to help operate one of two 6 string 120/90 balers, along with other jobs such as delivering straw, loading lorries, taking grain to store and other jobs on the farm!
Using a JCB icon and fendt 828 along with Jcb loaders
The option to stay on and help with autumn work driving one of two avadex spreaders covering around 12,000 acres and the help with drilling at times would be an advantage if the experience is there.
No accommodation but can help with something and provide a vehicle and fuel card for the right person.
Experience in operating at baler is a must.
Attention to detail and keeping the machines up together and tidy is a a key part to this job , as-well as noticing if something breaks or is about to rather than just carrying on!
Record keeping of bale numbers and jobs within the baling side is essential so this would suit someone used to the technology we use in the modern world.
Someone who needs to be micro managed and told twenty times, this isn’t for you.
