A little thank you from Littledean Chocolate 🤎

I’ve noticed lots of new followers joining us recently, so a very warm welcome to you all. I’d also like to thank everyone who has followed and supported Littledean Chocolate for some time.

Every follow, like, comment, share and order really does make a difference to a small handmade business like mine.

I’m busy behind the scenes preparing chocolate and some rather spooky little creations for the months ahead. I look forward to showing you more very soon!

🍫 Chocolate Production — Part Two!

As promised… production continues at Littledean Chocolate! 🤎

After getting our 40% milk chocolate underway, today there’s something a little different going round and round in the melanger…

✨ 48% Milk Chocolate! ✨

More cocoa means a richer, deeper chocolate flavour, while still keeping that lovely creaminess you expect from milk chocolate.

And yes… I may have already sneaked a little taste. 😋
I think this one could be rather special!

Now it needs plenty of time in the melanger to become beautifully smooth, followed by a little patience while the flavours develop properly.

So, while we wait…

A very warm welcome to Summer and Sumz Coffee, our lovely new café in Littledean! ☕️💛

I popped in today with a little trio box of Littledean Chocolate to wish Summer every success. It was wonderful to sit down, enjoy a coffee and have another lovely chat.

Having a friendly café in the village is such a welcome addition, and it’s always good to see small local businesses supporting one another.

Wishing Summer and Sumz every success—I’ll certainly be back! 😊

🍫 We’re back in production! 🍫

After waiting for chocolate-friendly weather, the melanger is finally turning again in the Chocolate Block.

Today I’m making my smooth 40% milk chocolate, handcrafted from cocoa nibs here in the Forest of Dean—and it feels wonderful to be making chocolate again!

I’m also planning a small trial batch of richer 48% dark milk chocolate. Would you be tempted to try it?
