One of our favourite trips of 2025 was a visit to Little Norfolk Beach House in Cromer. When its owner, Simon, first saw the tired looking apartment he knew it could be transformed into a dream home. A huge fan of the designer Robert Kime, Simon took inspiration from every detail of his refurbishment of the nearby Gunton Arms pub, right down to the radiators and light switches, to get the apartment ‘just right’.

Now a holiday home offers the perfect seaside escape. A place to unwind and refresh, it has everything you need from stunning sea views through to an AGA 60 cooker.

This apartment could only belong to an artist. Flooded with natural light and with meticulously considered colours, the space may be small but every detail is so well thought through that it feels anything but.

The 90cm AGA eR3 is the perfect size to make a statement but not dominate the space and the floor-to-ceiling cabinetry means the kitchen can remain clutter free.
