I’ve been coming to Copper Beech Café for a long time with my children, and it’s always been one of those places that feels comforting and familiar.
To have my masalas possibly being used in their toastie feels really special to me, because it’s built on flavours from home, the kind I’ve grown up with and now share through my small business.
There are two options on the menu:
• The original blend, a well-rounded, mild and comforting flavour with no spice
• The spicy blend made for a deeper, warming flavour, for anyone who likes a little heat
Both are made fresh and served in their own way.
The other toastie option is genuinely brilliant, but if you feel drawn to the masala one, it would mean so much to me and you will be supporting:
• A small, women-led independent business
• Fresh, small batch spice blends
• A flavour rooted in home cooking and tradition, with no additives or preservatives
To see the smile on my children’s faces when they realise mummy’s masala is being used here would honestly mean the world to me.
If you’re voting today at Copper Beech Café, I would be so grateful for your support for the masala toastie 🤍
