Kalettes®, a cross between a Brussels sprout and a kale, has a similar plant habit to a Brussels sprout forming open rosettes, Kalettes®, up the stem to a frilly leaved top. Developed using traditional hybrid breeding techniques, the Kalettes® have streaks of purple throughout which are edged with green frilly leaves.
