This week marked the beginning of Shoot Season for us.

We started with Cumberland Sausage Rolls with Red Onion Chutney and Black Pudding Scotch Eggs

Lunch was a spectacular Venison & Pancetta Pie with Horseradish Mash, Honeyed Heritage Carrots and Tenderstem Brocolli

All finished off perfectly with Apple & Blackberry Crumble with Vanilla Custard

We are very proud to announce we are regional finalists in the Catering for East Of England category of The Wedding Industry Awards!

We were nominated by one of our clients and have since been flooded with reviews of how our customers have appreciated and enjoyed all the hardwork we put in.

We just want to take a moment to thank all of our clients for their continued support as we look forward to another prosperous year.

We are attending the awards ceremony in November so keep an eye out for results!!

This weekend we catered an American Cowboy themed wedding!
Our canapes featured some American classics like Mini Brioche Hotdogs, Fried Chicken & Waffles with Maple Syrup, BBQ Cauliflower Popcorn with Ranch Dip!
Followed by BBQ Platters with Mac & Cheese, Potato Salad & Green Salads
All finished off with classic Toffee Apple Pie with Vanilla Cream and Sugar Shards

Then we hosted the bar with the signature cocktail of Margaritas!

Yesterday we catered a Birthday Celebration at The Assembly Rooms in Dedham.
We provided Ch*****ne upon arrival followed by our bar services all evening.
We then served a selection of bowl food including
Morrocan Chicken Tagine with Lemon Coriander Cous Cous
King Prawn Pad Thai
Beef Tacos with Pink Pickled Onions & Guacamole

Last week we were at Haughley Park Weddings & Events for the fantastic wedding of Leanne & Jon.
A selection of canapes, fresh strawberries and cream from our vintage horsebox trailer. Followed by a three course fine dining wedding breakfast. We also provided the evening food but it was so popular we didnt manage to get photos!!

This week TFS catered a special Birthday BBQ in Ardliegh.
Homemade Artisan Breads with Olives & Dips to start, followed by Lemon & Thyme Grilled Chicken, Delicious Cumberland Sausages & Halloumi, Red Pepper & Hot Honey Skewers all served with a selection of Vibrant Salads!!
