🐾 PIT STOP GANG — WE NEED A WEE FAVOUR! 🐾

With nearly 3,500 of you still following us — and knowing how many dog lovers we had among our Pit Stop customers — we'd love to send a bit of Pit Stop support their way.

Garryduff Boarding Kennels in Ballymoney is now under new ownership, and we personally know the lovely couple who have taken it on. We know how much they love animals and, having seen first-hand how they are with ours, we'd have absolutely no hesitation trusting them with Star & Luna. ❤️🐾

In fact, we're looking forward to booking the girls' first sleepover there — and possibly even more excited about planning our first night off since we got the pups! 😂🙌

They offer dog boarding, doggy day care and a hydrotherapy pool, and they're building up their new page, so please give them a wee boost:

Hi everyone,
Over the past few months, we've given a lot of thought to returning to Ballybogey.

After careful consideration, we've made the difficult decision that, at this time, it just wouldn't be financially viable.

With the continued increase in the cost of food, packaging, and other expenses, along with everyone understandably being more mindful of their spending, we feel this is the right decision for now.

We will be holding on to the units and remain hopeful that things will improve in the future. I genuinely miss the banter and seeing you all, and I hope the opportunity comes to return one day.

Thank you all for your support and understanding. Take care of yourselves, and hopefully we'll see you all again soon.

Well… after a week at the NW200 that included finding 6 tyres slashed and then getting hit with a surprise Environmental Health inspection while running on about 3 hours sleep… 😅
Somehow, we still pulled off a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
5 Food Hygiene Rating 🍔🌭🍟
Honestly, I’m shocked I remembered my own name never mind food safety regulations 😂

We just want to say a massive THANK YOU to everyone who came down and supported us this week at the NW200 ❤️

The support honestly meant the world to us.

A special thank you to Brian & Kay Kennedy for their support and kindly allowing the use of their field and helping make the week possible 🙌

And also a big thank you to Paul Howard for helping us out massively

We also want to thank everybody who got in touch after the tyre incident — whether it was offers of help, advice, messages, shares or support. It genuinely lifted us during a pretty stressful few days.

Like any first big event, there were definitely a few teething problems along the way 😅 but every challenge teaches you something, and we’ve learned a lot this week that we’ll take forward into the next events.

More than anything, this week reminded us just how many good people are out there supporting small local businesses, and we honestly can’t thank you enough for that.

From every burger, coffee, hotdog and filled soda sold — thank you ❤️

We’re absolutely exhausted… but grateful beyond words.

What a day ☀️🏍️

Brilliant racing, great craic, and a huge thank you to everybody who stopped by to support us today ❤️

It’s been a beautiful day around the Magic Roundabout area, although there weren’t as many spectators around this afternoon as we’d expected, so after a long and stressful few days — especially after the tyre drama earlier in the week — we’ve decided to call it a little earlier tonight.

We had planned to stay open until 7:30pm, but the team is absolutely knackered and ready for a recharge 😅

Considering this was our first year ever out at the North West 200, we’ve learned a lot this week and we genuinely appreciate every single person who supported our small family business.

Thanks again everyone 👊🏁

What a day for it at the NW200! Blue skies, sunshine and the bikes flying past already 😍
If you’re heading up and still looking somewhere handy to park and watch the racing, we’re set up at Kennedy’s Farm beside the Portrush Road Roundabout — better known locally as the Magic Roundabout 📍
✅ HUGE amount of parking space
✅ Excellent viewing spots on BOTH sides of the track
✅ Accessible via the underpass
✅ Food vans & ice cream on site
✅ Plenty of room to bring chairs or have a picnic
✅ Cars and bikes welcome
Access is via Burn Road / Atlantic Road.
You CAN still get in for parking — just carefully drive through the ROAD CLOSED signs for access only 🚗🏍
Honestly, the atmosphere up here is class already.

A lot of people have been asking for our menu for tomorrow at the North West 200… so here it is 👀🔥

We’ll be open from around 6:30AM serving breakfast, burgers, loaded chips, hot drinks and all the usual Pit Stop favourites all day long 🍔☕🍟

This is the planned menu for tomorrow while stock lasts 🏁

Just a quick note regarding messages/orders — tomorrow is expected to be extremely busy and phone signal around the course can be very unreliable during race week 📶

Because of that, we unfortunately can’t guarantee we’ll see messages in time, so we’d prefer not to take advance orders through Facebook tomorrow.

Best bet is just call down and see us 😎🔥

Thanks so much for all the support this week already — it’s honestly been unreal ❤️
