What a day at FUME BBQ Festival 🔥

Yesterday we spent the day sampling an incredible range of BBQ, street food and smoked meat creations from some of the UK's most exciting food vendors. From perfectly smoked brisket and juicy pork belly to creative burgers, wings, ribs and burnt ends, there was no shortage of flavour on display

First stop: Mexico City 🇲🇽

As the FIFA World Cup 2026 gets underway, we're taking a flavour journey through some of the tournament's host stadiums, one hot dog at a time 🌭

For the opening match between Mexico and South Africa, we've started with our Mexican Baja blend, combining smoked paprika, cumin, coriander, garlic, onion, chilli and lime

Topped with jalapeños, sour cream and red chillies, a nod to the Mexican flag, plus onions and crunchy tortilla chips - a great way to kick off the World Cup ⚽

💚 Lakelands Hospice in Corby who are an independent charity providing palliative care and support for people with life-limiting illness and their families
