Sioned Flower, our NPD Technician took a trip to the East Midlands Food Festival at Stockyard Melton Mowbray on Saturday explore the favourites from local traders.

Sioned shared "I arrived hungry and left very happy, with bags full of treats to keep the feast going at home! From comforting hot food to sweet bakes, there was plenty to enjoy - a delicious day out full of food discoveries."

For National Curry Week, we’re looking back at some of the Indian-inspired flavours that have made their way through our development kitchen...

🫚 North Indian-inspired - infusion of warming ginger, cumin and chilli with onion, cardamonm and cinnamon for a sweet lift

🌶️ South Indian-inspired - sweet, spicy and sour this blend of fenugreek, chilli, onion, tomato and garlic is perfect for glazes on pork

🌿 Indian-style - an aromatic blend of coriander, cumin, fenugreek, garam masala, ginger and a hint of lemon

From rich, comforting pies to dinky canapés and spiced sausages, we love exploring just how versatile these flavour profiles can be

We decided to give the Macmillan Coffee Morning a miss this year as we’re not sure our bakes could quite compete with the team skydiving and raising an incredible £6,700 between them! 🪂

Our team bravely skydived yesterday in Nottingham in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support 💚 as promised, here's an action video of them all falling with style!
