Unfortunately the shop is still on the market.
If you have any idea that can be combined with a coffee shop or a collaboration or you need any help with starting up just get in touch and we can discuss.
The rent is under 9k per year. 2 free parking spaces outside and plenty on the side roads.

Buongiorno, I had few views regarding selling the shop and someone seems very interested (but nothing signed yet) in taking over.
So if you have any interest just get in touch(07846084107).
What I forgot to mention is that the rent is under 9k per year and that the goodwill ,trying to recoup part of my investment, is 10k(including all the equipments, coffee machine, shelving, fridges etc.).
It is very close to the Brighton road(lots of potential trade ) and have two outside private parking.

Unfortunately this year didn't start in the way we wanted. We had lots of problems (not just business related, last of which few weeks ago someone broke in and stole the till) and I decided to concentrate on my other shop (I Calabresi Deli that this year celebrate 12 years).
If you are enthusiastic about owning a coffee shop(also ideal for pizza take away)with great potential, free parking spaces outside and a decent rent (also it has a big basement that could be turn into another seated area) just get in touch.
