Marshmallows are basically pure sugar and not good for you, this is my 2 ingredient healthy option. 300g apples and 350ml water, heat it up, blend it, 20g softened gelatin and put it in a mould. Gut and blood healthy so it's well worth a try.

The elder tree is a tree steeped in folklore including a story of Judas hanging himself from it, hence why it's so weak.
I always keep a stash of elder flowers which I dehydrated early spring to keep for panna cottas and later in the year for a herbal remedy for coughs and colds.
But in this video I make an elder flower Panna cota with elderberry compote

or knit bone has some magical healing powers, full of vit k, K2 and B12. But, it does have pyrrolizidine alkaloids so you can have liver failure and even death, which isn't good! Especially the death part.
So, I've done a lot of research on this and even though it's not advised, taken in small doses it can internally reduce swelling and joint pain.
I won't be giving a plant ID for this one just in case you try it and hurt your liver.
