Crediton, we’re testing the waters for a brand new gourmet American burger pop up.
The idea is simple, big burgers, bold flavours and proper Friday night comfort food, with collection from Crediton Rugby Club and delivery available through Lets Eat Local.
The burger line up would include:
The New Yorker, beef patty, American cheese, pastrami, dill pickles, crispy onions and New York mustard sauce in a toasted bagel.
The Texan, beef patty, American cheese, smoked streaky bacon, dirty onions and barbecue sauce.
The Mexican, beef patty, Pepper Jack cheese, jalapeños, salsa, crushed tortilla chips, guacamole and chipotle mayonnaise.
The Californian, a spicy bean burger with Monterey Jack cheese, avocado, guacamole, lettuce, tomato salsa and mayonnaise.
The Southern, crispy buttermilk chicken, American cheese, smoked streaky bacon, dill pickles, crunchy slaw and honey roast mustard sauce.
Alongside the burgers, we would be serving sides such as Cajun salt fries, loaded chilli fries, cheesy chips and crispy onion rings.
If there is enough interest, this could become a regular Friday night fixture.
