This year's Christmas cake selection.
Large 9" traditional Christmas fruit cake covered in marzipan and royal icing with handmade fondant Gonks
2 different Christmas hampers - both with 5" x 3" traditional Christmas fruit cake covered in marzipan and royal icing with fondant holly decoration and homemade artificial flower topper, 4 homemade chocolate dipped peppermint creams and 2 cranberry and orange cupcakes with white chocolate buttercream.
One box has mango macarons and the other has Christmas orange and spice cookies topped with royal icing
I made 6 hampers in total 3 of each type

So enjoyed making this yesterday

He stands at 14" tall and is a vanilla sponge, coated in milk chocolate ganache and finished in fondant.
