It was a delight spending Mother’s Day with a lovely bunch of queens (and Kings!). Well done to everyone for making gorgeous chocolates, I have some serious competition!!

I’m delighted to share details of April - June workshops - I hope you can join me.

🍫Learn how to make handmade chocolate truffles

🍫Taste various types of chocolate and learn lots of interesting facts

🍫Learn how to temper chocolate along with top tips on how to avoid the dreaded bloom

🍫Dip and decorate truffles in your own unique style

This will be an informal practical class with lots of opportunities to ask questions and learn about chocolate. You will box up your decorated truffles at the end of the class to takeaway and enjoy with your loved ones (if you choose to share 😀)

What a lovely afternoon spent with the S3 girls at Mary Erskine School in Edinburgh. We spoke about all things chocolate, product development and marketing. The girls then got hands on making dark raspberry ganache and salted chocolate truffles.

A great time was had by all ☺️
