Had a late night craving for biscuits and I’m sick of Oreos, so quickly whipped these up while the kids are in bed.
Shortbread is super easy to make vegan, only 3 ingredients, flour, sugar and butter.

I’m Mum, Charlotte and Lily is my eldest. We’ve both been blessed with lactose intolerance and I’ve created Lily’s Lactose Free in hopes of creating more options of lactose free food and maybe encourage bigger companies to provide more in future too.
