Surprise

Happy Friday all. I have just updated my Etsy with these beautiful new yarns ‘the wrap collection’. 7 beauties, all in smaller skeins to give a little more choice.

If you’ve been following my stories you will see I have been adding auto wrap to my yarns and I’m loving how they are turning out.

Subtle colour

If you’ve followed me for a while you’ll know I’m obsessed with colour. I tend to find it virtually impossible to make neutrals. So here is my attempt, there’s still some colour there though.

Lots of lovely artists used in this piece (all tagged), the hand dyed velvet has to be a winner though.

So much fluff

My stocks are piling up and I really should arrange an update but I ALWAYS prioritise making over listing, because I love to make.

This yarn is one of many waiting to be listed. I love the sunshine/summer vibe from this one. We all need a bit of sunshine.

Back on the star wagon

When a beautiful sari silk from perfectly frames one of my favourite yarns. Of course there’s velvet, like my signature stars, but no sparkle this time and I think it’s works well without the sequins (don’t worry, they will be back).

The mighty mini

I’m back on the loom and bringing something new. This little mini is made with only art yarn (made by me) and obviously a beautiful yarn fringe.

If you’ve followed me for a while, you’ll know I have an obsession with art yarn. Why not make a weave with only that?

It’s nearly time. Tomorrow night you’ll be able to get your hands on one of these fibre pack collaborations from lovely the and myself. All of the packs are inspired by our love of beautiful birds, I have spun the yarn and Claire has added the beautiful fibres and her ever unique frames. This collaboration has been such a joy to work on and I hope you love the results. Can you pick a favourite?
