A cake in celebration of Charlotte becoming a doctor. She's off to Start Vincent and the Grenadines for six weeks to work so a map of the area fitted the bill perfectly. The cake had to travel on public transport to London so it was important that it wasn't too tall. Glad that the St Vincent volcano isn't any taller!! Congratulations Charlotte!
