Wishing jo and Ashley Rochester a massive congratulations on their special day. It was a huge honour to lay out a little snouts and sprouts magic for the happy couple. A perfect venue, and perfect weather helped create a truly wonderful day. And a special thanks to the beautiful Cady who helped sam and team set up the table and get that rainbow flare just right 🥰 I think the pick and mix might find its way into our regular repertoire

Definatley not my usual cooking vibe, but after a long old week we had no desire to cook, sadly noone could unanimously decide what to have. This brought back a memory of my dad Alan Tuckey in a similar quandary when I was young. So leaving the house for way too long and far too many pennies later, we layed out a little junk food smorgasbord. I think ive covered a little sample of almost every local takeaway. Sadly missed a photo of the whole table before it was all demolished, but this definatley went down a (rare) treat. 😍

We were recently brought a gorgeous jar of cognac infused dijon mustard, and have been looking for the best way to use it in a dish. After a bit of recipie searching and some sourcing of bigger amd specific cuts of pork we would like to showcase the amazingly decadent porchetta.

It is a very great honour to announce we have just passed our environmental health audit with an outstanding "5" 🥳🥳🥳🥳.
This is in no small part to the constant and persistent effort of the amazing micheala. Who not only drives the day to day running of our little buisness, but also keeps our young family "functioning" (after a fashion 😜)
Please join myself and our family and friends in congratulating and celebrating michealas achievement and consistent dedication to us all, aswell as putting up with my sporadic whims and keeping the standards high.

A FREE event bringing local groups and providers offering Inflatable slides and obstacles, a climbing wall, soft archery, Arts & Crafts, parkour workshops, early years activities, circus workshops, and a mash up of play and multisport provided by Rugby sport and leisure.

A satarday evening by the fire, and the kids working up an apatite the logical thing to do for the snouts and sprouts troops would appear to be, one enormous tomahawk steak, seared on the fire piled with chips garlic mushrooms and a anchovy caper and parsley tomato salsa.

We had run out of gold leaf but even got ethan on the whole salt bae thing hahaha 😎
