Afternoon All, weve been a commercial brewery 3 years now, and as you will know, its not been an easy time, what started casually as a bit of fun, (a few cans & the odd cask), quickly developed into 12 /16 casks per month, still not huge, but more than i ever expected, then Cancer struck, fearing the worst brewing halted & brew kit sold, but a year later with brighter prospects possible, another 200L kit was purchased, moving / sharing a premises in the process, unfortunately that only lasted several months before we had to again ‘up sticks’ so now back to where we started, 1 cask per brew, from the dungeon, eventually we will be back brewing larger qty’s, but for now we have flown onto gyle 100! Which will be a rebrew of our first commercial cask b**r ‘Haze of Hecate’ named by my witchy girl Natalie ❤️
