Feeling very grateful tonight having dropped off two 10AM b**rs ready for the Derby B**r Festival next week. Even better is that we were referred by one of the great bars that support us and invited by Camra.

So what should you look out for?

4% Liquid Sunshine Golden Ale

Bright, crisp and refreshing, with fresh citrus and orange peel from Cascade and Amarillo, complemented by a subtle tropical mandarin character. Dry, clean and lightly bitter with a highly drinkable finish.

Massey’s Great Escape – 4.3% English Pale Ale

A classic-meets-modern English Pale Ale. Traditional British hops combined with modern British hop varieties prove a blend of herbal, spicy depth, with citrous fruit and floral notes on the backdrop of classic British Pale Ale malt base. Complex yet refreshing, with a balanced and characterful finish.

Long White Cloud is pouring now on cask at The Hawk & Buckle Etwall

What a beautiful day for a brew day here at 10am. We’re crafting a one off b**r for the The Smithfield Murkfest. Excited for this one, it’s going to be a big b**r with loads of Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin and Citra. The mash is looking huge with loads of frothy goodness already.

Any ideas as to what we should name this one?

Una más now on at Little Darley In The Park and it’s tasting great! The weather might not be great, but all the more reason to head out and spend an hour in very pleasant surroundings with great bar staff and a tasty refreshing b**r!

We’re truly grateful for all the support and encouragement we receive from Matt and Chloe @ The Bulls Head at Wilson. We love seeing our b**rs on here as we know they will always be paired with amazing food. If you’ve not been then this is the week to put that right and maybe you might just have ‘one more’.

Well what can I say; this new brew from these guys, 10 AM Brewhouse is a delicious pint….I want one more please 🍺….on here at The Bulls Head at Wilson all week, maybe….🕺🏽
