All set for another busy weekend!

First trays of Lion’s Mane concentrate coming out of the freeze dryer! ❄️

Through lyophilization (freeze drying), we can remove water from our liquid extract under vacuum at low temperatures, creating a concentrate while helping to preserve the naturally occurring compounds and character extracted from the mushroom.

We’re incorporating this into our raw honey & cacao blend for a jar of natural goodness that taste’s pretty damn good even if we do say so ourselves. 🍯 🍫

We’re also going to be freeze drying our fresh functional mushrooms for our small batch tincture runs. This gentle process will help maximise delicate compound and nutrient retention while creating a porous structure within the fruit body primed for processing and tincturing!
