We started life as a manufacturer and supplier of quality ice cream wafer products but over the years we have expanded to incorporate all areas of the ice cream industry.

What an incredible day at the Foyle Hospice Female Walk/Run 💜 .hospice

Despite the rain, the atmosphere was amazing with so many women, families and friends coming together to support such an important cause. From walkers to runners to little supporters in prams, every step helped make a difference.

A huge well done to everyone who took part and to the team at Foyle Hospice for organising such a fantastic event. Together we care 💜🏃‍♀️🌧️

A great opportunity to showcase the Wafer range at the Scottish Wholesale Association event in Glasgow! 🍦✨

From our classic cones and colourful dipped waffle cones to Oyster Delights, soft serve mixes, toppings, sauces and retail packs, it was great to connect with wholesalers, distributors and industry professionals from across Scotland.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by the stand and discussed new opportunities for 2026. The interest in our retail ranges, ice cream dressings, inclusions and innovative dessert concepts was incredible.

🍦 A fantastic day as our Gelato Chef Antonio visited the team for a live gelato demo and product showcase.

From indulgent Oreo creations to colourful Birthday cake and rich ripple combinations, this session is all about inspiration, creativity, and premium dessert experiences. ✨

Using premium ingredients from Elenka and Disaronno Ingredients, Antonio demonstrated how eye-catching, texture-rich gelato can help businesses stand out and drive impulse sales.
