The Masau Sour šŸ‹

- 50ml Zimasa Vodka
- 25ml fresh lemon juice
- 15ml sugar syrup
- Egg white
- Dash of aromatic bitters

Dry shake. Ice shake. Double strain. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Sip. Appreciate. Repeat.
