First produced in 1983 by Stan Lynch at Upton Cider Farm, the basic recipe remains unchanged. The apples are still grown, pressed and filtered in the orchard by the current owners Judy, Richard and Ben Mallett, and as ever you can buy it at the farm shop in Upton.
