Chocolate and nuts is always a winning flavour combination, which is why our Brazil is SO popular!

If you’ve not tried it yet, you really are missing out. A rich, nutty coffee with smooth chocolate tones, it’s a reliable, full-bodied roast for everyday drinking. Keen to try before you buy? We will be having it on sample in the roastery shop for the next week or so!

Our Colombia single origin coffee is currently flying off the shelves… and honestly, we get it. It’s delicious.

A fresh crop of green beans landed recently, and Elizabeth has been working her usual magic on the roaster, bringing out everything we love about this coffee.

We’ve had it on sample in the roastery shop for the last few weeks, and judging by how quickly you’ve been coming back for more, you’re just as obsessed as we are.

It’s a vibrant medium roast with notes of chocolate, grape, and a lovely toffee sweetness. Smooth, bright, and VERY easy to drink. The kind of coffee that quickly earns a permanent spot in your morning routine.

Give it a try as filter or espresso, you won’t be dissapointed.

New Colombia crop has arrived, but why does fresh green coffee matter? Because great roasting starts long before the beans hit the drum.

And we’re especially excited right now because a new crop from Colombia has just landed at the roastery ☕️

Fresh green coffee gives us brighter flavours, cleaner sweetness, livelier aromatics, and all the little details that make a cup really shine. The older the green coffee, the more those qualities can start to fade.

So when a fresh crop arrives, it means we’re starting with coffee at its very best, and that’s good news for everyone drinking it.

If you haven’t tried our Colombia single origin yet, now really is the time to try it! Head to our website using the link in bio!

Enjoy ☕️

A local legend came to visit!

It was such a pleasure to have Nick with us recently, a genuinely great man, a good friend, and the owner of our very first roastery in Ranmore!

Nick has been part of our story from the very beginning, so after renaming our signature blend to Ranmore, it only felt right to have him come and give it his seal of approval.

Half a tonne of 45% Hot Chocolate just landed 💪

Fun fact: that’s enough to make up to 32,000 drinks… which, at one a day, would take over 87 years to get through!

Crafted with natural Caribbean cocoa, homegrown British sugar, and a sprinkling of sea salt, this is a seriously indulgent hot chocolate.

Honestly, if we’re not drinking coffee, we’re drinking this.

Head to the Pantry on our website and add a tin to your next coffee order; you won’t regret it.

Throwback!

Chimney Fire Coffee started with a frustration: so much work goes into producing great coffee, yet too little of the final value reaches the people who grow it. After working in coffee and cocoa traceability, Dan saw that problem up close and decided to build something better.

So in 2017, he left his job, started roasting in his garden shed, and set out to buy coffee in a way that was more direct, more transparent, and fairer for farmers and producers.

A lot has changed since these photos were taken, but the reason behind Chimney Fire Coffee hasn’t: doing coffee the right way, from the very beginning, because great coffee starts way before the roast.
