Teriyaki chicken, prep the sauce before time away in Gordon Vansey to make an easy dinner option, don't forget sesame seeds for sprinkling!
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1.5 tbsp soft brown sugar (or some honey)
2 garlic cloves
10g fresh ginger grated
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp cornflour
4 tbsp water
Pan fry the chicken for 6-7 mins then add the sauce and whites of some spring onions, cook for 3-5 mins until sauce has reduced and appears thick and glossy 😋

Serve with sushi rice, edamame beans, boiled egg and scatter with the green parts of the spring onion and sesame seeds.
