Whilst we’re hard at it behind the scenes - crushing chillies, shredding shallots, growing garlic - it’s time to introduce the man behind the scran. 🧑‍🍳

Having grown up in a farming family and with a decade of experience working as a chef, Thomas Durham founded Chilli Coast to combine his two foodie passions: cooking with fiery flavours and growing fresh produce. 🌶️

Watch this space for his future spicy experiments (ask him about his fermented chilli honey…) But our signature ‘Chilli Crunch’ range is where our story begins… more details soon! 🍴
