🎂🎂 It's Our Birthday 🎂🎂
M&S Dundee Gallagher turns 2 today!🥳🎉
To help us celebrate, our very own Ann Tennant has written this poem:
"It’s hard to believe that on this day 2 years ago , Dundee Gallagher opened its doors and we all said Hello 👋 ,
Lots of our customers some old, some new , who followed us here from the Murraygate , and the Docks too .
Most loved our new store , but some were very unsure
But it wasn’t long before they realised their fears were premature -
At first they would moan about our cafe 😟 missing the view from the Docks and seeing the sun ☀️
But they soon changed their minds over a coffee and a wee spiced bun !😋
And then we had the buses complaints … oh dearie me 🙈 they were used to getting on and off at the Seagate you see
But now they had to use their legs to walk a wee bit .. and that’s no easy when you’re using a stick 🦯 !
But thank God for our toilets , that’s one thing they all agree-
They feel like royalty when they go for a p*e 😆
And the customer parking- well that is just ace (apart from at Christmas when you can’t find a space !)
But now 2 years on, they love our Dundee store , and every week they keep coming back to spend 💴 more and more
Whether it’s the foodhall for their lunch, or to buy some tasty weekend goodies ,
Or simply browsing the clothing , looking at the jeans and the hoodies
And when it comes to holiday time , 😎we are here to help once again
They visit our Bureau for their Euros, Dollars or even some Yen 💴
Our customers are loyal they love M&S,
Like us they are biased, cos they know we’re the best!"
