Amazing to be able to provide healthy and nutritious meals to BGK Academy Gym Class 👨‍🍳🥦

Tonight our Gym class GK’s headed home tired and with a super healthy meal provided by Power Prep as part of our new partnership 🍲🥦

We thought that it would be good to make sure they are refueling correctly after their Sunday workouts and what better way than letting them pick a healthy meal of their choice 👨‍🍳

We have spaces available in both our younger (6-6:45) and older (6:45-7:30) classes which are led by the excellent Jamieallanfitness and assisted by BGK coach Bailey.
