As promised!

No016 is a beautiful lightweight Shetland in dark brown / nearly black with a grey / fawn highlight Shetland rug.

This would be a super cosy throw on a chair or sofa to snuggle up to on these chilly evenings or as a rug to sink your feet into.

My parents delivered the rugs this time but I’m hoping to get over myself next time - it all looks amazing.

These three fleeces arrived at the farm shop this afternoon. Hand felted by farmers wife Katie, a process that involves just soap, water, a raw fleece and carded wool. These rugs are made completely from Craigduckie wool.

This process produces beautiful 100% wool, sheep friendly, felted fleece rugs. They are like sheepskin rugs just less the skin - the felted wool backing holds the fleece together which means a sheep can produce one each year.

The rugs are hugely versatile and can be used as decorative throws, rugs, seat pads, wherever you like really. They add great warmth and texture to a room and are lovely to snuggle up to on a cold night.

Wow - what a day!

Thank ewe so much to everyone who popped by our stall in Culross today. It was lovely to meet you all and we hope you absolutely love your purchases. Logan and I had a great day and are very grateful to all our supporters and helpers.

If you didnt manage down to Culross dont worry we have a few fleeces left and I'll post them up soon.

We are delighted with our new labels from stagdesign. A great local company who were so helpful and got exactly what I was trying to create.

I wanted the labels to be natural and compliment our 100% wool rugs.

Each of our rugs are unique and no two are the same.

This beautiful brown Shetland fleece has many shades of brown in it with a small white beauty spot on its shoulder ,which I just love.

It’s backed with dark grey felted wool and would be stunning draped over a chair or in-front of the fire.

Remember, if your local, you are welcome to pop up to the farm to see fleeces - there’s no pressure to buy.
