We source and distribute mistletoe direct from Organic Orchards located in the spectacular countryside around the market town of Tenbury Wells. Its unique holly and Mistletoe market has been an annual event for over 100 years. It is the only Mistletoe market remaining in the UK. We start supplying Mistletoe for promotional and photoshoots in early October. Then we are busy spreading Christmas Romance all the way up till Christmas!

Happy Winter Solstice! 🌙❄️

Tonight is the longest night of the year — a little pause before the days start stretching out again.

Flashback: this photo was taken eight years ago, when our farm was buried in proper winter snow! 🌨️🌿
This year has been the complete opposite — mild and wet — and while it’s been a really good season overall, the soggy ground has meant lots of ladder work, which is definitely more time-consuming.

We’re now taking our final orders for Christmas deliveries, before a nice Christmas rest.

Eight years ago this week we had10 inches of snow, turning the whole valley into a proper winter wonderland ❄️☃️🎄

It looked magical, but snow really isn’t the best weather for harvesting mistletoe – laddersand icy orchards don’t mix too well! These days I’m quite glad of a clear day, a few extra layers and a good strong cup of coffee before heading back out to pick. ☕🌿

As November slips into December, the weather’s definitely taken a wetter turn 💦

But last week was a cracking mistletoe-picking week – cold at times, but those dry, crisp mornings make the harvest so much more bearable than persistent rain… or the dreaded S-word (snow!) ❄️😅

We’re out in the orchards most days now, cutting fresh mistletoe ready for Christmas. There’s nothing quite like the quiet of a frosty morning, a sharp pair of secateurs and a trailer slowly filling up 🌿

❄️ Mistletoe Update ❄️

All that long, sunny summer has worked its magic – the mistletoe berries have ripened much earlier than usual this year. They’re already plump, white and about two weeks ahead of where we’d normally expect them. 🤍🌿

🍃🌲 It’s Harvest Time! 🌲🍃

First day of mistletoe harvest 2025 and… we’ve swapped dust for ducks 🦆
After 40mm of rain in a day the orchards have flooded, but we’re in our wellies and cracking on! 🌿💪

The mistletoe is looking lush and happy with all the extra water – winter is definitely on its way. ❄️

The mistletoe begins its life in our old apple orchards. After harvest, the apples are shaken down and pressed for cider — leaving the mistletoe still hanging high, waiting for its moment to shine at Christmas. 💚🍎

🍂 Happy Autumn Equinox! 🍂

Today is the Autumn Equinox – the moment when day and night are in perfect balance, and the first official day of autumn begins. From now, the days grow shorter, the nights longer all in the run up to the winter solstice and mistletoe's big day!

It’s been an interesting spring and summer – the driest on record here. The orchards are loaded with apples 🍏, but the mistletoe looks to be in shorter supply this year due the drought.

We’re taking orders online now and have already received lots, so if you’d like to secure yours, don’t leave it too late! 🎄✨
