Hello friends,

I am here to help with your Christmas dinners if you would like me to make some special dishes to impress your guests.
Just ask for any vegetarian or vegan dishes and I’ll get it ready for you.

My usual bhaji platters will be available too;
Onion bhaji
Potato bhaji
Mix vegetable bhaji
Methi (fenugreek leaves) bhaji

Special green chutany to accompany any dishes.

I’m operating until Christ Eve and open again from Boxing Day.

To answer your queries, onion bhajis went in the freezer for 15 days and they came out perfectly fine.
They were soft and delicious as fresh.

Let me tell you a little about my onion bhajis,
These are authentic Indian bhajis from the place where I come from. Traditionally, they are vegan, gluten and nut free. These bhajis are not crispy and it definitely makes you to go for second one.

Remember my food is chemical free. I don’t use preservatives or additives.
