Introducing our first Dish of the Week.
We’re starting with something bold, dark, and unapologetically rich - our Black Pork Curry.
Built on dark roasted curry powder, lifted with sundried goraka (an exotic fruit you won’t forget), and finished with a heavy hit of black pepper, this is a deeply rich dish. It’s layered, unusual, and intensely satisfying - the kind of flavour that lingers long after the last bite.
It’s best enjoyed the simple way: steamed rice, nothing else needed.
