It's nearly time!! This Sunday, the Superhuman Spread makes its MARKET DEBUT at the Newbridge and Ratho Station Farmers Market!!

These are the final 2 jars of original spread whipped up before I make a big batch for Sunday! (There were 3, but these ones r tasting so good I had to hold one back for myself 🤣)

With 3x LESS calories than Nutella, packing 25g of fibre and 23g of protein per 300g jar (at just over 500 calories), the 'Locked In' Spread seriously is locked in. Perfect pre or post workout, or just as a lower calorie spread for those everyday cravings.

Did I mention it's only £6 a jar? The only struggle is not eating it all at once 😅.

The 'Locked In Spread' making it's gym debut!

The Raw Honey provides an excellent source of energy, and along with its exceptional nutrient profile, containing Vitamin B, it's a far better pre workout source than heat treated honey, as it regains more nutrients than it's processed counterpart!

Triple batch sell out for the Superhuman spread last week, with another 10 300g jars being sold! I'm whipping up another batch today, and am just wondering if anyone would be interested in grabbing one for themselves before I sell out again 😅. (A third of the batch prepped today has already sold)

Priced at £6 a glass jar, 300g of spread comes in at just a touch over 500 calories, with the original (cacao and raw honey) packing in over 24g of fibre to boot! The 'choccynana' makes an excellent pre training addition, thanks to the banana, but is a fantastic alternative to Nutella in its own right, with both flavours having 3x LESS calories than Nutella!

These hold a variety of uses, some of which I've pictured - perfect over fruit or in a shake, or even straight out the jar! I've attached nuturional info for both, as well as some reviews from customers so far. 4 more jars of Superhuman Spread whipped up today ahead of tomorrow's showcase at First Class Football Shirts Pop Up Shop 👌

Nutritional labels have also been created, and the difference in macro's between the Original Cacao and Honey spread, and Nutella are crazyyyy 😅

A 300g jar of our 'Locked in' spread contains just 508 calories, packing a whopping 25g of fibre, and a respectable amount of protein at 23g.

For reference, 100g of Nutella contains 539 calories - that's MORE than our entire jar!

300g of Nutella would equate to over 1600 calories. Crazy

Picture 3 shows a comparison between both, with the amount of our spread (left) weighing 30g and containing 50 calories, and the spread on the right weighing just 12g and containing closer to 80!

Rated as 'delicious' by Edinburgh's finest Gelato producer () - wanted to snap a pic but Joe was busy serving, be sure to check their specials too 👌.

U know the ingredients by now. Hints of banana and cinnamon, with that rich chocolate hit. Perfect for sourdough, or even try make the shake I've provided a recipe for in this post! And trust the process with the egg yolk, makes all the difference 😋.
