Nothing beats seeing someone’s eyes light up as their tastebuds tingle or their wee excited ‘YUMMY’ dance in their seat… Food brings people together but more importantly, brings so much happiness and I’m all here for it! I'm at my happiest when doing one of two things - either surrounding myself with good food & company or exploring the outdoors losing myself in nature. If I've learned anything th

roughout my 30 years, it's to love yourself from the inside out, fuelling your body with all the good stuff and take nothing for granted. It makes me sad to see people having unhealthy relationships with food so I hope I can share my experience and some tips together with my meals to help people learn to love food as much as I do! I know not everyone loves cooking but a majority of people love eating tasty food, especially knowing it’s home cooked. By offering meal prep (with the hope to expand to catering and hopefully having my own wee feeding spot in town), I get to do something I love while making the busy lives of others that little bit easier and more importantly, satisfying!
