Wemyss Cocktail Collection: Peat Chimney Colada 🥥

Ingredients
50ml Peat Chimney Blended Malt Scotch Whisky
25ml banana liqueur
60ml coconut cream
120ml pineapple juice

Method
Add Peat Chimney, pineapple juice, coconut cream and banana liqueur in a blender with a few handfuls of crushed ice and pulse until smooth.
Pour into glasses and garnish each one with a wedge of fresh pineapple and a Maraschino cherry – cocktail umbrella optional!

Wemyss Cocktail Collection: Spice King Sazerac 🌶️

Ingredients
50ml Spice King Blended Malt Scotch Whisky
Bar spoon Absinthe
3 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Sugar cube
Lemon twist to garnish

Method
In a mixing glass or shaker, add the sugar cube or one teaspoon of sugar to the whisky.
Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Add the bitters and ice and stir for around one minute.
Add a dash of Absinthe to a chilled rocks glass and rinse it around the sides, discarding any excess liquid.
Pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with a twist of lemon.

Wemyss Cocktail Collection: Hive Apple & Mint 🍏

Ingredients
50ml The Hive Blended Malt Scotch Whisky
20ml Drambuie
80ml pressed cloudy apple juice
6–8 fresh mint leaves
Orange slice

Method
Shake The Hive, Drambuie, apple juice and mint leaves together
Strain into a tall ice-filled glass
Garnish with the orange slice and mint leaves
