Every cask is chosen for the part it can play in the final blend. For Smoky Shores, Isabella selected two island single malts with distinct styles, then brought them together after at least 14 years of maturation.

It is a measured balance of coastal smoke, depth and sea-swept character.

The age statement always reflects the youngest wh**ky in the blend, so there may be older wh**ky in the final expression too.
