This week itโ€™s CHILLI ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ !

What you need :
๐ŸŒŸ beans, pulses, kidney, literally add whatever you personally like
๐ŸŒŸ Passata entire jar
๐ŸŒŸ Fresh chilliโ€™s x1 large
๐ŸŒŸ courgette x1
๐ŸŒŸ 1 red onion medium
๐ŸŒŸ half an aubergine
๐ŸŒŸ red pepper x 1
๐ŸŒŸ half a celery stick finely chopped
๐ŸŒŸ tbsp paprika/smoked
๐ŸŒŸchilli flakes to top
๐ŸŒŸ heaped tbsp harissa paste/tagine paste
๐ŸŒŸ grated vegan cheese!
๐ŸŒŸparsley to top

Bake a potato or cook some rice/chips/salad

Finely chop all fresh veg, chilli and onions and cook down in some olive oil and add a scoop of veg stock in a very small amount of water (Optional)
Add the tinned beans. Cook and stir until hot through. Add the jar of passata. Stir in harissa and smoked paprika .
Keep simmering and stirring until evenly cooked through. Then add your chilli flakes/salt/pepper to taste and top with cheeeeeeze and parsley. ๐ŸŒฟ
Voila.
Itโ€™s that simple.

Want even more protein? Add some soya mince/ chunks :)
