Beneath Edinburgh Castle, the historic Grassmarket has always been full of life. Long ago, it was a busy street of merchants, horses, and storytellers. Today, its old stone buildings are filled with small shops and cozy coffee houses, where the smell of fresh coffee mixes with the history of old Edinburgh.
