Botanically Engineering our range of remarkable spirits from Edinburgh's , home to Pickering's Gin.

Edinburgh's first exclusive gin distillery in over 150 years, was co-founded by Botanical Engineers, Marcus Pickering and Matt Gammell in 2013. Summerhall Distillery is home to Pickering's Gin and produces small batches of hand crafted, beautifully balanced, gins & other spirits.

Sip Local at Howies 🍸

We’ve partnered with the iconic institution Howies this spring as part of our Sip Local series, and the team have been getting seriously creative with Pickering’s Gin.

This delicious serve combines Pickering’s Gin, fresh lemon juice, and homemade honey & ginger syrup, finished with a dehydrated lemon slice and homemade cinder toffee garnish.

You may have already heard whispers about the amazing Vinette, a relatively new restaurant to Broughton Street. We are luck enough to have our Pickering’s Gin featured on their Spring cocktail menu as part of our Sip Local series.

Vinette is the 4th establishment of the Aisle Group, who are known for their show stopping food and drinks!

This Spring you can enjoy their Ba**er de Rhubarbe, a blend of Pickerings gin, house rhubarb cordial, citrus, egg white, rhubarb bitters.

Third up in our Sip Local series, we’re heading to Canonmills to shine a light on One Canon.

Known for its friendly atmosphere, it’s a spot that’s always championing local spirits and breweries.

Their latest Pickering’s serve is the Red Head - a bright, refreshing mix of Pickering's Gin, ginger liqueur, strawberry, citrus, and soda.
