Summerhall Distillery Botanically Engineering our range of remarkable spirits from Edinburgh's , home to Pickering's Gin.

Edinburgh's first exclusive gin distillery in over 150 years, was co-founded by Botanical Engineers, Marcus Pickering and Matt Gammell in 2013. Summerhall Distillery is home to Pickering's Gin and produces small batches of hand crafted, beautifully balanced, gins & other spirits.
