我們的艾畢奇酒廠得到 B Corp 認證!永續經營一直都是我們酒廠的 DNA.
很多人會問什麼是 B Corp 認證, 在這跟大家解釋,請參考下面的解釋:

B Corp 認證（Certified B Corporation）是一種由 非營利組織 B Lab 所推動的國際認證制度，用來衡量並驗證一家企業在 社會與環境影響 上的表現。

它不同於一般僅關注財務績效的企業認證，B Corp 認證會從 整體經營模式 來評估公司，包括：

🌱 環境永續：能源使用、碳排放、資源循環、供應鏈環境影響。

🤝 社會責任：員工福利、多元平等、客戶權益、社區影響。

📊 公司治理：透明度、問責機制、使命驅動。

在艾畢奇，一切都始於土地。🌱
從田間到瓶中，我們幾乎自行栽種製作烈酒所需的每一種原料——包括杜松。

其實，杜松子並不是真正的「果實」，而是常綠灌木所結出的微小種子球。正是它們那濃郁而芳香的油分，賦予琴酒獨特的風味。杜松子需時約 2 至 3 年才能完全成熟，因此耐心至關重要。

我們很自豪能在自家莊園親手栽種杜松，確保每一瓶酒都能展現這片土地的野外之美與自然風味。

Each of our spirits is crafted on our single estate distillery overlooking the east coast of Scotland. Grown, distilled, and bottled right here on the farm.

Arbikie 的酒桶又開始裝滿了 🥃

此刻，我們正在以自家種植的 Tyne 大麥，釀製新一批單一麥芽威士忌，這些大麥收穫自我們稱為 Fiddler 和 GinShot 的農田。這是一個獨具 Arbikie 特色的製程：一種作物、一片田地、一個莊園。🌾

眼前的每一個酒桶，都是更大故事的一部分，凝聚了多年努力的成果。當酒液在橡木桶中靜靜熟成，農場四季的變化也慢慢塑造著它的風味。我們從不急於求成——好威士忌需要時間、耐心與細心呵護。

The casks are filling up again at Arbikie 🥃

Right now, we’re distilling a new batch of single malt from our homegrown Tyne barley harvested from the fields we call Fiddler and GinShot. It’s a uniquely Arbikie process: one crop, one field, one estate. 🌾

Every cask you see here is part of a bigger story and years in the making. As our spirits rest and mature in oak, the changing seasons at the farm slowly shape their character. We don’t rush it. Great whisky takes time, patience, and care.

恭喜我們的首席釀酒師 Kirsty 入圍 2025 年「女性綠色商業獎」年度企業永續領袖獎！

在超過 460 件參賽作品中，僅她所在的組別就有 58 名參賽者，能夠闖入最後 9 強是極其了不起且實至名歸的成就。

多年來，Kirsty 一直是 Arbikie 永續發展的核心推動力量，從開創氣候正向（climate positive）烈酒，到推廣再生農業及以科學為基礎的創新，她始終走在最前線。

頒獎典禮將於今年十月在倫敦舉行，我們會一路為她加油。

做得好，Kirsty！我們為有你帶領前行而感到驕傲。

A huge congratulations to our Master Distiller, Kirsty, who has been shortlisted for Corporate Sustainability Lead of the Year at the Women in Green Business Awards 2025.

With over 460 entries and 58 in her category alone, making the final 9 is an incredible achievement and a well-deserved one.

Kirsty has long been a driving force behind sustainability at Arbikie, from pioneering climate positive spirits to championing regenerative farming and science-led innovation.

The awards take place in London this October, and we’ll be cheering her on every step of the way.
