We've been in the test kitchen upgrading our Cookies & Consequences Cheesecake, trying to find ways to make it better.

The result:

Premium cookies crushed into the base. Generous chunks folded through a light, impossibly smooth filling. Then a full blanket of crushed cookies on top.

A full-on texture bomb. Unapologetic to the core.

𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗸𝗲 🍫🍫🍫

This is chocolate without compromise. It starts with a malted chocolate base - before giving way to an intensely rich Belgian chocolate filling that's smooth, velvety, and unapologetically indulgent.

The whole thing is crowned with a thick, fudgy chocolate ganache that drips over the edges like it owns the place. Finished with cream rosettes and chocolate pieces, every layer amplifies the last.
