Our new Fill Your Own has arrived!

There’s something special about filling your own bottle straight from the cask.

Introducing our latest Distillery Fill Your Own release: an 11-year-old Cardhu, drawn from a First Fill ex-Bourbon Cask and bottled at its natural cask strength of 55% ABV.

Presented in its natural colour and non-chill filtered, this limited release offers layers of heather honey, ripe berries and cacao nibs, followed by sweet vanilla, maple syrup, warming spice, ripe plum and brambles.

A little water reveals another side of the wh**ky, bringing delicate cinnamon and turmeric, soft peaches and milk chocolate, before giving way to fresh fruit, vanilla and coconut.

Batch 2026/005 Estimated 271 bottles available.

Available exclusively at Cardhu Distillery.
