Dean Fryer that had a Faulty high limit thermostat which I changed today.
On Running up the appliance (that had been signed off by a previous mobile catering gas engineer)
I found a gas Leak on the aluminium pilot tube connecting to the unitrol 7000 gas valve.
It’s easier to replace the olive than cause a fuss over it.
This is why when you test mobile catering trailer equipment CP44 it must be tested properly and serviced.
Look at all that crap in the back!
And this passed 😂 He must have worn a Stetson 😂
