Happy 8th Birthday to my little boy! 💙

I used ChatGPT to create a minecraft version of his face that I got printed onto an edible icing sheet - think it's a pretty good likeness 😅

Flavours were Edd Kimber 's banana sponge with malted chocolate ganache and peanut butter (lower tier) and lemon & elderflower sponge with rhubarb and raspberry jam with white chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream (upper tier).

Ps. Kind of Nanny to coordinate her kitchen tiles to match the cake!

Couldn't let Father's Day pass without making my husband a cake (he's a really great Dad so deserved a really great cake!). This is a mocha cake, combining cocoa and coffee, finished with a chocolate miror glaze and toasted pecans 😋
