Think I’ve completed with this months new special inspired by 2 hero’s of the burger world with a Japanese twist

Since watching George’s videos on YouTube I just loved the abbreviation of MOP - (mustard onion pickles) and after meeting David he loves onions for me thinking…..so I headed to and got some top tier .umami.bros mayo and some kimchi, my boy paddy hooked me up with some homemade pickles and the magic just happened. Blended the kimchi sliced a circle of onion and made it GOLD by dabbing him with kimchi hit it up with mustard double patty American cheese and we were away to flavour town… I’m rambling here as currently on a food high.

It’s only take 15 years of being in the burger business to say I might of just made the best burger I’ve ever eaten 🎤
