We went with to meet and see how Will grows and mills the grains we use for our rye bread.
Will taught us a lot about the history of his grains and the current difficulties a Cornish grain producer encounters. He explains how the hot dry summer has affected his production and will have an impact on the years to come.
We saw how involved and time consuming it is to produce flour of this quality. Thanks .219 for the introduction and Will for your time.
