POSSIBLY THE BEST BBQ TRAY IVE EVER TRIED!

Dean left the chef world a while back and eventually found his way to Burgers and Fried Chicken which lead him to trading at Fume festival where he realised he is ridiculously skilled (and self taught) at cooking bbq. Based in a pub (that he has now bought) in Farnham they may just be one if if not the best new face in UK bbq.
