Working alongside my husband and my dad at the distillery ❤️🥃

There’s something special about working with family. We know how each other’s minds work, play to each other’s strengths and somehow bring out the best in each other. Of course, we don’t always agree 😂, but we make a pretty good team.

Wouldn’t want to do it with anyone else. ❤️

What a brilliant day we had at Waddington Families Day! ✈️

Matt was on VIP bar duty while John and I were on the stall selling bottles, so we were all kept busy from start to finish!

It was pretty special seeing the Waddington Gin we made for the base out there in the wild for the first time. 👀🍸 Commissioned by Waddington and made especially for them, it’s only available through the base — so don’t be asking us for a bottle, because we’re not selling it!

The weather was absolutely spot on, the atmosphere was brilliant and the flying display was incredible. There’s something pretty special about standing there with a gin in hand while some seriously impressive aircraft are flying overhead!

Thanks to everyone who came to see us, stopped for a chat and took home a bottle. We had a cracking time! ❤️

Well… hello! 👋😂

We’ve been so bloomin busy lately our feet haven’t touched the floor!

You lot pretty much cleaned us out of gin over the summer, so we’ve been beavering away behind the scenes trying to get the shelves looking less… well, empty. 😂

Distilling. Bottling. Labelling. Boxing. More bottling. More distilling. More labelling. You get the idea!

We’re slowly getting everything restocked and back where it belongs, with plenty more of your favourites on the way.

Not complaining though — having a summer that leaves you with empty shelves is a pretty nice problem to have. ❤️

Right… back to the bottles! 🍸

What a brilliant weekend at Lincoln Steampunk Asylum! ⚙️🖤

Another year, and this is honestly always one of our absolute favourite events. Brilliant people, incredible vibes, and somehow the weather actually held off for us too!

We’ve seen so many familiar faces, made some new friends, and had the absolute best weekend. There were also a few faces we were genuinely sad not to see this year… you know who you are. You were missed!

And as for the Steampunk Asylum Rum… well, it went down an absolute STORM! So much so that I had to get back to the distillery on Saturday night and bottle and label more just to keep up. 😂

What a weekend. What an event. Perfection.

Thank you to everyone who came to see us, had a drink, bought a bottle, stopped for a chat or simply made the weekend what it was.

Already counting down to next year.

If you’re new around here, let us introduce ourselves…

We’re Matt, Jen & John — the faces (and family) behind The Lincoln Distillery.

From distilling, bottling and labelling to packing orders, running events and probably arguing over whose turn it is to make the coffee, we genuinely do it all ourselves!

We’re a small, independent family-run distillery based in Lincolnshire, creating proper gin, rum and other spirits that we’re incredibly proud of.
