So today I stumbled across a lunchfest so obviously I had to go see what was going on.

This stall jumped out at me, I love food, I wanted to try some sauces.

I admit I didn't try them all, but my taste buds wouldn't handle the heat on some.

I ended up trying these and had to buy. (I also got offered some honey to try, it was lovely too).

Really excited to use these for a meal..

Made some yummy chicken rice last night.
Smoked Garlic Chicken with some other flavours snuck in. Made my own pilau rice to serve with. Definitely would make again but next time I'm cranking up the heat too 🌶🔥
